He apprenticed at in San Francisco at Architect and Heros  for two years after which he mentored with Martin Parsons, a world class long hair master stylist. Martin is listed by Modern Salon Magazine as the 3rd of 100 Most Influential stylists of all time. Since 2005 Troy has worked as a National Educator for Paul Mitchell and continues to increase his exposure to trends, techniques and products.

Heather McKinley-Brown is our Esthetician with over 8 year of experience who specializes in skin rejuvenation featuring QULCBD and Hale & Hush Sensitive Skincare. She offers luxurious facials, hydrodermabrasion, microcurrent and LED Light Therapy as well as waxing services, lash lift, brow lamination, lash and brow tinting, lash extensions and makeup application. Heather analyzes the needs of each client and takes them through a customized results-oriented journey. Cherelle is a bi-coastal Hair/Wig and Makeup Designer specializing in textured and curly hair.  She joined B’inspired in January through an advanced training apprenticeship upon obtaining her license from Northwest College School of Beauty.
Cherelle specializes in diverse hair types/textures, healthy hair, precision cutting, color, styling, locstyles and holistic skincare.  She enjoys consulting with clients to help them establish and maintain healthy hair and skin care routines. Her extensive experience designing for some of the nations most renowed LORT Theatres, including OSF, (2014-2021) coupled with her innate talent, touch and communication skills allow her to collaborate with clients to achieve their desired hair and skin goals.

Dawn is a passionate Hairstylist and Esthetician offering lash extensions, facial waxing, hair color and cutting for men and women. Her intuitive nature allows her to know exactly what it is that you need as an individual. She tends to ask a lot of questions about your needs and who you are as a person. She quickly learns what your needs are and applies them.
